Listings: Kendall Roy’s ‘Succession’ Penthouse Is Selling for $29 Million USD

Acting as the backdrop for Succession’s familial rivalry are some pretty insane homes. And for those who want to play out their own dynastic drama, the penthouse of Kendall Roy (played by Jeremy Strong), which was featured in the latest season of the show, has hit the market.

Located in New York’s Upper East Side at 180 E. 88th St., the three-level apartment is currently listed for $29 million USD, a drop from last year’s asking price of $33 million USD.

Spanning a cumulative 5,508 square feet across the three levels, the penthouse contains five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It also offers an additional 3,500 square feet of outdoor balcony space, including a rooftop terrace.

As one of the tallest buildings in the UES, the penthouse grants guests an unparalleled look at Central Park, viewable through the floor-to-ceiling windows that encircle the apartment. The building itself was constructed in 2021, making it one of the newer pieces of architecture in the area.

Across the way, meanwhile, is the even more impressive apartment of Roman Roy (played by Kieran Culkin), located in the Upper West Side and currently listed for $38 million USD.
